Team Support
1. Point of reference for Client Advisors on all store policies and procedures
2. Supports the organization and deployment of Induction for new hires
3. Supports Store Manager/Team Manager in allocating duties and responsibilities to Sales Associates and schedule shifts
4. Performs the role in line with the policies and guidelines set by the Headquarter in terms of: safety of both Personnel and products, store image and operations
Clientelling
5. Supports colleagues in creating Customer emotion and desire
6. Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by Store Management
7. He/she is capable of managing sensitive situations regarding sales activities or after sales (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints) when other managers are absent
8. Ensures the correct roll out of calling campaigns and other CRM tasks (eg: Contactability, Prospect registration and follow
9. Proactively analyse the business KPIs and proposes action plans
10. Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by Store Management

14. Ensure Administration and Operation procedures are respected
15. Manage cash payments and safety of goods in line with company policies

Visual Merchandising (depending on cluster)
19. Ensure Store image as per guidelines issued
20. Supports VM change days with preparation and tasks delegation
21. Liaise with the In-Store Visual to follow display guidelines; verifies and reports all relevant information to store management
22. Where an Ops HC is not present takes an active part to the execution of operational tasks (including shipping/receiving)
