Job Responsibilities Review and process automotive warranty claims, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. Assess repair estimates, labour costs, and parts pricing to determine claim eligibility. Work closely with dealerships, repair facilities, and customers to verify claim details. Negotiate claim settlements based on warranty coverage and industry standards. Investigate potential fraudulent claims and ensure accurate documentation. Provide excellent customer service by explaining claim decisions and answering inquiries. Maintain detailed claim records in the system for auditing and compliance purposes. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in automobile warranty claims, insurance adjusting, or automotive repair/service. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and labor time guides. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple claims. Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office. What’s in it for you?
