Job Title: HousepersonLocation: MarlboroughJob Description:We are currently seeking a Houseperson to join our team at a prestigious establishment in Marlborough. The Houseperson will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of all public and common areas within the property.We would also consider applicants who are looking for part time hours.Main Duties and Responsibilities:To provide assistance with all aspects of the House Person services, as designated by the House Manager (Dame), in conjunction with the Estates Departments direction. This will include general maintenance tasks, repairs and painting to bedrooms, dorms, toilets, bathrooms, corridors, brew room and general facilities. There may be some small cleaning tasks if required when the House is short staffed and to assist with carpet and floor cleaning.All tasks undertaken should be recorded on a daily works schedule. Any works required from the Estates Department Prohibited Works List should not be undertaken without prior approval of the Dame (or Estates Department).Larger tasks and projects will be supported via the Estates Department Team.
