Overview
Data Administrator opportunity in Hemel Hempstead. You would work with various departments and play an integral part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly. This is an office administration-based role with a focus on data and analytics.
Location and terms
This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months, based in Hemel Hempstead, working closely with the head office team in the Maylands area. You will work 3 days in the HH offices and 2 days remotely per week. Standard hours are either 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00 with an early finish on Friday. The role pays an hourly equivalent of £14.96 per hour (£28,000 per year) and is paid weekly on Fridays.
Responsibilities
* Data Analysis – understanding and adjusting customer data, highlighting issues, and managing solutions for both short- and longer-term needs.
* Data Maintenance – ensuring data quality is maintained to a high standard.
* Problem Solving – investigating human error or system-created issues and determining causes and resolutions.
* Integration of new systems/data – integrating systems, data and other key data for various teams, UK and internationally.
* Create new accounts as necessary, full setup from start to finish.
What we need from you / Qualifications
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* High-level analytical skills and enjoyment of working with large quantities of data.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Experience with SAP or a similar ERP would be ideal, but not essential — training provided.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A proactive problem-solver attitude.
