InPost is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at the Linwood depot. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, renowned for supporting some of the UK’s most prominent high street and online brands.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling parcels within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize sorting workflows and meet daily targets, helping to drive the success of our logistics operations.

What you’ll be doing
* Efficiently sorting parcels to optimize and streamline the entire operational workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing that supports seamless distribution.
* Relabelling and meticulously preparing parcels for dispatch, guaranteeing all items meet stringent quality and accuracy standards before reaching their destination.
* Manually sorting parcels with precision or operating advanced sorting machinery when required, adapting quickly to meet dynamic operational demands.
* Contributing to a wide range of general warehouse responsibilities, maintaining an organized and efficient environment that drives productivity and operational excellence.
* Loading and unloading parcels with speed and accuracy within a fast-paced, collaborative team setting, ensuring deadlines are consistently met while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
