What you'll do
* Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
* Automate the DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines that streamline software delivery and enable developer autonomy
* Develop bespoke internal tools and centralized developer platforms (IDPs) to improve engineering efficiency
* Provision and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Champion platform adoption, support teams using the platform, and lead improvements based on real user feedback
* Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies, including AI-enhanced monitoring and automation-first solutions
* Promote a culture of collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement through active engagement with cross-functional teams
* Ensure platform services align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
What you'll need
* Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
* Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
* Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
* Background in Agile product ownership and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience designing secure, compliant, and high‑performing platforms
* Ability to coach and mentor developers and junior engineers
Desirable
* Certifications in ITIL, SAFe, or DevOps
* Experience working in multi‑region, enterprise‑scale environments
* Exposure to AI‑driven monitoring and automation technologies
* A passion for innovation and exploring emerging trends in platform engineering
