We've already placed 20+ hires into this business, and due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their digital engine.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will directly influence pipeline, revenue, and growth strategy.
The Opportunity
This role is for someone who thinks commercially, acts analytically, and executes relentlessly.
You will own the entire buyer journey—from first touch to conversion, retention, and advocacy—turning data into insight and insight into measurable revenue impact.
What You'll Own
Growth Strategy & Execution
Own and scale the full digital funnel (awareness → conversion → retention → expansion)
Design and execute high-impact growth experiments across email, paid, web, social & partnerships
Build always-on nurture and retargeting campaigns aligned to personas and lifecycle stages
Reporting, Data & Performance
Own pipeline reporting, dashboards, and ROI visibility
Analyse acquisition, engagement, and conversion performance
Partner with Sales & RevOps to translate data into revenue-driving actions
Customer Journey Optimisation
Map and continuously optimise the full buyer journey
Align messaging, timing, and channel strategy to real user behaviour
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Customer Success
HubSpot & Marketing Automation
Own HubSpot as the central growth engine
Build workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle models
Ensure best-in-class data hygiene, attribution, and forecasting alignment
Nurture & Retargeting
Develop high-performing nurture programmes across key audiences
Execute multi-channel retargeting strategies
Continuously test, iterate, and optimise messaging, creative, and cadence
Community & Growth Loops
Support and scale a high-value community of customers, prospects, and partners
Drive engagement, advocacy, and long-term retention
Feed insights back into campaigns, content, and product strategy
What You Bring
5+ years in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing
Strong ownership of performance, reporting & analytics
Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, CRM, workflows)
Proven success running nurture & retargeting campaigns
Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and funnel optimisation
Mindset
Highly data-driven with strong commercial awareness
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
Experimentation-led (test, learn, iterate)
Strong cross-functional communicator
Driven by growth, impact, and results
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth environments
Community-led growth or advocacy experience
