About the Role:
We are currently looking to expand our team of Healthcare Assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Carer or Registered Nurse and will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support, including assistance with washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
* Maintain accurate daily records and follow individualized care plans.
* Support residents in their daily activities and foster a safe, comfortable environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
* The ability to work well as part of a team.
* No prior experience in care is required; we provide all necessary training.
