We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our fantastic and growing Sports Pro team - the UK's Official Hummel License holder.
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing ongoing projects, identifying new opportunities, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
* Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Forecast and track key account metrics
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
* Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
