The Role
As our Night Manager, youll take charge of the hotel during overnight hours, making sure guests feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after. Youll be the go-to person for any guest needs, lead the night team, and keep operations running smoothly.
What youll do:
Oversee all front office operations at night.
Be the main contact for guests, handling requests and resolving issues.
Carry out the night audit and prepare daily reports.
Monitor security, safety, and emergency procedures.
Support and guide the night team to deliver great service.
Ensure a smooth handover to the morning team.
The Person
As well as having previous experience in a similar role, youre confident, reliable, and customer-focused, with a calm approach to problem-solving. You can lead a small team, make decisions independently, and keep things running smoothly overnight. Experience in front office or hotel operations is ideal, and youre comfortable using hotel systems and handling reports. Above all, you enjoy creating a safe, welcoming environment for every guest.
