Sales Administrator

Based: High Wycombe
Term: Contract - Maternity Cover
Salary: c.£29000 pa + excellent benefits

The Role:

The primary function of UK Sales Administrator is to provide excellent customer service to both our resellers and internal teams, to manage their sales orders, Purchase Orders and delivery of products whilst maintaining systems. Working cross functionally, it is our responsibility to process orders, provide relevant documentation and information to help organise shipments. As part of our role, we also help to support Sales Managers by keeping them appraised of stock, account status and monthly revenue on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

This is a maternity cover position which is expected to last for approximately 12 months with a planned start date of 01.09.25.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Process sales orders and returns for UK and Ireland resellers
* Process internal sales for Staff, loans and artist orders
* Work with logistics partners and warehouses to ship and track orders within expected delivery times
* Report order status and backorders to Sales Managers.
* Manage demand and supply planning for Focusrite Group's spare parts to ensure efficient support for our network of service centres and end users.
* Maintain accurate inventory data and ensure availability information is accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare Inbound and outbound shipping labels and documentations for spares orders, business related deliveries and ad hoc request including shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
* Provide any additional administration support where needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Previous experience in administration
* Great customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. i.e. basic formula, pivot tables, power queries etc.
* The ability to adapt, problem solve and work well under pressure
* Good attention to detail
