Sales Growth Representative – Protective Packaging for Dangerous Goods Location: Clevedon, Bristol | Salary: £27,000 base annual performance bonus Do you thrive on meeting new people? We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing specialist in protective packaging for dangerous goods —a niche sector with surprising energy, cutting-edge solutions, and a huge impact on how businesses keep people and products safe. Our client is expanding and looking for a Sales Growth Representative who brings personality, drive, and curiosity to the role. About the Role: This is a vibrant, hands-on position for someone who wants variety in their week. You’ll be out visiting businesses across the region, running engaging demonstrations, and uncovering new opportunities across industries you might never have imagined working with. One day could take you into a biotech facility, the next into a manufacturing plant. It’s a role packed with movement, conversation, and real-world challenges—ideal for someone who loves face-to-face interaction and making an impact. What You’ll Be Doing: Travelling to client sites to deliver fun, memorable product demos Spotting new business opportunities and turning conversations into leads Getting to know each client’s needs and recommending the right technical solutions Building strong, long-lasting relationships through in-person meetings Working with internal teams to prepare proposals and support sales conversions Representing the company at exhibitions, customer workshops, and industry events Who We’re Looking For: A confident, upbeat person who genuinely enjoys meeting new people Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing environment Ability to make technical products sound simple, engaging, and useful Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently Curious about technical products, safety solutions, or logistics (no prior experience required) Full UK driving licence (essential) Happy to travel frequently as a key part of the role What’s on Offer: £27,000 base salary Annual performance bonus Paid travel and expenses Full product and industry training Strong progression opportunities as the business scales A lively, varied role in an exciting and surprisingly innovative industry If you’re looking for a sales role with energy, movement, personality, and real-world impact, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
