About the Paint Sprayer Role:
As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, base coating, and finishing vehicles, ensuring a high-quality and flawless paint finish. Key Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
9. Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including masking and sanding
10. Mix and match paints to achieve the perfect colour match
11. Apply priming, base coats, and clear coats using spray guns
12. Ensure paint work meets quality control standards
13. Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition
14. Follow health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For in a Paint Sprayer:
15. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment
16. Knowledge of insurance repair procedures and standards
17. Ability to produce high-quality finishes
18. Strong attention to detail and reliability
19. Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet deadlines
