Job Title: Skelmersdale Year 3 Teaching Assistant

£13.75 - £14.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Supporting the Year 3 class teacher in delivering lessons
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
* Working with individual and small groups of students to provide additional support
* Preparing and organising educational materials
* Helping students with their learning activities and assignments
Required Qualifications:
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Education:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a primary school setting, following school hours and term dates. The Teaching Assistant may be required to assist with additional duties as necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
