Customer Success Manager – Entry Level
We are looking for a customer‑driven, commercially‑focused professional to build and deepen relationships with existing customers in the financial/fintech market. The role is based in Northampton, UK, and offers a rewarding, inclusive environment within a leading digital supply‑chain solutions provider.
Base Pay Range
Customer Success Manager
Competitive basic salary of £30k, with OTE/commission that can lift the total package above £30k. Mobile phone, laptop and excellent progression, learning and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities
* Deliver assigned revenue and profit margin targets
* Devise account plans and strategy for a defined group of existing customers
* Collaborate with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
* Manage customer relationships, actively listening and determining how to help them and cross‑sell services
* Develop and nurture deep solution knowledge, understanding the marketplace, competitors and customers
Requirements
* Ideally educated to degree level – not essential
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – enjoy engaging with others regularly
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Self‑motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
