What you’ll do day to day
1. Create and maintain a unique digital brand experience across all online channels
2. Act as an online concierge to guide customers and respond to enquiries
3. Monitor and manage online customer comments and reviews
4. Analyse online marketing activities and track effectiveness
5. Generate leads via social media channels and enhance customer profiles
6. Serve as an interface for online requests, scheduling appointments and test drives

7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
8. Experience in online marketing and customer engagement
9. Strong communication and organizational skills
10. Knowledge of social media analytics and online marketing tools
