Position Overview
We are looking for an On‑Site Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients.
Working Hours: Sunday‑Thursday, 8 hours a day between 06:00‑18:00
Salary: £28,000
Contract Type: Permanent

Role of an On‑Site Coordinator
* Manage daily worker attendance, including check‑ins/outs, absence follow‑ups and real‑time headcount reconciliation against client requirements.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s operational teams and the agency, ensuring shift coverage, volume changes and priorities are communicated and executed accurately.
* Provide on‑the‑ground support to temporary workers, address day‑to‑day issues, monitor performance and conduct, and raise concerns in line with agency and client processes.
* Ensure all deployed workers remain compliant with right‑to‑work, training, induction and site‑specific health & safety requirements before and during assignment.
* Maintain accurate records of hours worked, incidents, productivity metrics and attrition, supplying timely updates to internal stakeholders and supporting accurate payroll and invoicing.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem‑solving skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Problem‑solving attitude, making effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
* Basic understanding of MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
