We are looking for: R&I PD Lab Team Technician Position Purpose and Objective The lab management team plays a central role in enabling successful product development by ensuring the laboratory operates efficiently, safely, and strategically aligned with project goals. 5. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Actively promotes safety in the laboratories including following safety standards and COSHH. Actively participates in routine safety inspections and attends safety meetings. Receives instructions from leader, supervisor, and can follow SOP/work instructions. Maintains laboratory equipment as assigned in collaboration with lab manager/supervisor, arranges for maintenance and repair, when necessary, internally. Maintains stock levels of PPE, consumables and materials. Support the inventory and waste management of lab chemicals according to safety regulations. Supports with creation and execution of equipment and lab process SWI's. Works well with other technicians, leaders, and supervisors to promote an excellent teamwork environment. Forms good work habits, works independently, sets high standards of performance. Collaborates within the product development teams and with other departments to maintain efficiency and align with business priorities. 6. JOB PROFILE Education: A minimum of an A-Level or high school diploma with minimum of 2 years laboratory experience is required. An understanding of GLP is desired Experience : Previous experience working in a laboratory environment is desired but not essential Specific skills: Computer skills: capable of using a variety of computer software systems/tools: Microsoft Office/365 (WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, SAP). Organizational skills: ability to effectively organize workflow in a dynamic environment. Neatness, accuracy, and timeliness of work are essential to the business needs. Good math and analytical skills to perform routine laboratory work. 7.
