Assistant Restaurant Manager

£27,500 per year + bonus and £10 on‑shift meal allowance. Permanent, full‑time.
We are looking for a motivated, people‑focused individual to support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of running the unit – from people management to driving sales and profitability. In this fast‑paced, demanding environment you’ll receive extensive support and training to develop your career and progress into management.

* Experience in a supervisory or management role in customer service.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong people‑management skills – capable of motivating others and leading by example.
