Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Operations Advisor to work for our client based in Clitheroe, UK. Job Title: Customer Operations Advisor Location: Clitheroe, BB7 Pay/Salary: £13.06/hour, £27,164.80/annum Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 4:30pm, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 30 mins lunch per day Type of Employment: 12 weeks temporary to permanent Main duties & responsibilities: Adhering to H&S policies and procedures on site Stock management and ordering Expediting and maintaining order books - checking upcoming orders, chasing delivery times Ordering stock based on customer requirements Raising purchase orders (PO's) on customers' behalf Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements on Company and customer systems Contacting suppliers - replenishing stock by placing orders to purchase (Tends to be internal warehouse) Resolving purchasing and supplier invoice queries Housekeeping stores and office area maintain 5s principles Preferably to have familiarity with inventory management Willing to perform ad-hoc duties as necessary for manual handling of stock on occasions - small components e.g. bearings Receiving, checking and receipting deliveries - using both Company and Customer computer systems to log deliveries received Storing goods, picking and delivering orders around site Interfacing directly with customer at all levels Stock checks - weekly/ monthly/ annually as required Essential skills / experience / qualifications: Basic competent IT literacy skills - professional email correspondence and use of MS Office for data entry - able to adapt to ERP systems on-site Must be willing and enthusiastic to learn and develop in the role to eventually work independently using own initiative after training provided Stores/Warehouse experience advantageous but not essential as it can be trained - basic stores management Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles beneficial but not essential UK active driving license advantageous but not essential Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
