GCSE Tutor
Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide high-quality tutoring for students studying towards their GCSE exams
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
* Create personalised learning plans to cater to individual student needs
* Ensure a supportive and encouraging learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Previous experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level subjects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong subject knowledge in the relevant GCSE subjects
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching or tutoring at the GCSE level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the GCSE curriculum and assessment requirements
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple students effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in preparing students for GCSE exams
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work on-site at the educational institution or in a private tutoring setting
* Interact with students, parents, and other teaching staff
* Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
