Job Description

Location: Ingatestone, Brentwood, Essex

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, confident communicator to join our team in a varied role combining customer service, order management, and sales coordination. You will ensure enquiries are handles professionally, orders processed accurately, and projects move smoothly from enquiry to delivery. You will collaborate closely with design and the operations team, assisting with visuals, artwork preparation, and workflow coordination. An interest in design or print processes would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

* Provide support via phone, email, chat and in person
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Produce accurate quotations
* Respond to enquiries
* Identify upsell opportunities
* Source and prospect new leads to drive growth
* Drive the pipeline with consistent outbound calls and emails



Order & Workflow Management

* Process orders, payments, quotations, and invoices
* Coordinate workflow from enquiry to delivery
* Ensure deadlines and expectations are met
* Maintain accurate system records



Creative & Operational Support

* Assist with visuals and artwork preparation
* Liaise with customers approvals
* Support design and warehouse teams administratively



General Administration

* Assist management with operational tasks
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
* Follow internal processes





Skills & Experience Required

* 2+ years customer service or sales support experience
* Excellent communication and phone manner
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Proactive problem solver mindset
* Relationship building ability
* Comfortable leaning new systems
* Product based business (preferred)
* Knowledge or interest in learning the print/design process
* Local commuter preferred
