Teaching Assistant (Unqualified, Level 2 or Level 3)
About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is searching for passionate and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in March. You will be working with children aged 4-11, creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. Whether you are at the beginning of your childcare journey or already qualified, please apply today.
Your Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):
* Facilitating engaging and age-appropriate activities
* Supporting children’s play, learning, and emotional development
* Assisting with daily routines, mealtimes, and personal care
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families
* Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, caring environment
* Contributing to observations, assessments, and planning (L2/3)
What We are Looking For:
* A positive, caring person who has a strong desire to work with children.
* Formal or informal childcare experience, for example childminding, nannying or Au Pair work, after‑school or youth clubs, or supporting the care of younger siblings or relatives.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable but not essential.
* Reliability, good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role
