The contract works within a psychologically informed framework. Key Responsibilities: The role of the Support Worker is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. You will provide a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: Respect Compassion Motivation Good verbal and written communication skills Good Computer skills Commitment Flexibility Work shifts, unsociable hours, weekend work In addition, the successful candidate(s) will also need to demonstrate: GCSE’s including English and Maths, and knowledge of Health and Safety.
