Job Title: QESH (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) Manager Reports to: Managing Director Purpose: To manage and lead all aspects of quality, health, safety, and environmental management within the company. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management:
* Set up and improve the company's Quality Management System.
* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
* Manage equipment calibration and support the design and development process.
* Reduce quality-related costs and ensure products meet company and customer standards.
* Oversee internal audits and identify improvement areas.
* Handle complaints and defects, and manage corrective actions.
* Lead third-party audits and ensure any required corrections are made.
* Provide quality training to employees and monitor key quality metrics.
* Conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
* Submit monthly and quarterly reports.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
* Oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities.
* Create the annual Carbon Reduction report and update plans.
* Work towards maintaining recognised HSE standards.
Continuous Improvement:
* Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Guide the continuous improvement team and ensure progress.
