Our client, a leading interior design consultancy, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Windsor, Berkshire.

As Office Manager, your main objective will be to provide support to the business by managing and developing the office environment, championing operations of the business and to be the focal person.

As Office Manager, your tasks include:

1. Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, refreshments, and workspace upkeep
2. Arrange social and team events to support culture and morale
3. Manage parking permits, company RingGo, and visitor welcome
4. Handle meeting room setups, refreshments, and phone cover
5. Coordinate recycling, confidential waste, and maintenance appointments
6. Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider, ensuring weekly checks and safety protocols are followed
7. Organise fire risk assessments, emergency lighting checks, and address any follow-ups
8. Manage office supplier accounts and improve systems where needed
9. Complete new supplier/account forms and support the Contracts Admin team
