We are currently offering a welcome bonus of £250 for drivers who are successful and start with the company. We are looking for people who have a kind, friendly caring nature, who may want a change of career and flexible shifts. You don’t need qualifications or experience; we offer a thorough 4‑day induction programme to prepare you in your new exciting role.
What to Expect
You will be visiting clients in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area in their own homes. You will meet several clients each day, so being a great communicator and even better listener is essential. As a driver you will also receive a pay enhancement to help with additional costs.
You will provide personal care and assist with personal hygiene and dressing, and basic cooking skills such as boiling an egg, making sandwiches and using the microwave are essential.
Our clients have a range of ailments and we require support workers to be patient and compassionate. We offer a variety of shifts, including morning, full day, afternoon and evening shifts from 6.30pm to 11.15pm which come with an enhanced pay rate. Weekend work is required. You must be 18 years of age or above to apply.
