Customer Service Advisor – Automotive Repair Centre
Location: Lincoln

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Lincoln automotive repair centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career within the automotive industry.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and efficient experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
14. Welcoming customers both in person and over the phone
15. Managing repair bookings and vehicle handovers
16. Providing regular customer updates throughout the repair process
17. Liaising with technicians, insurers, and suppliers
18. Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
19. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
20. Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
About You
21. Previous experience in a customer service, service advisor, or administration role
22. Automotive industry experience beneficial but not essential
23. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
24. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
25. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
26. Good IT and computer system skills
27. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
