Salary up to £90,000
Our Edinburgh based client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a period of 12 months to lead strategic people initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
The Senior HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving the people agenda and leading the delivery of strategic people plans. This role plays a key part in organisational change, transformation, and capability building, working closely with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver high-quality, insight-led solutions.
Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to influence business performance and drive the people strategy.
* Lead the development and delivery of people plans aligned to business priorities.
* Support major change and transformation programmes.
* Use people data and insights to guide decision-making.
* Lead and develop a team of HR Advisors.
* Work with ER specialists on complex or high-risk people issues.
Qualifications
* Strong HR business partnering experience within a complex/matrixed environment (professional services desirable).
* Proven track record delivering strategic HR initiatives and change programmes.
* Commercial mindset with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident using people data to inform decisions and shape strategy.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
