The role
The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the daily operations of the store. You will report to the store manager, support them, and ensure the store's commercial success by managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.
What to expect from the role
* Supporting, coaching, and motivating the in-store team to achieve targets while exemplifying excellent Pandora customer service
* Focusing on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, team organization, security, rotas, and sales performance tracking
* Managing the store in the absence of the store manager
* Maintaining a strong retail floor presence to influence sales, with a passion for the environment
* Training thoroughly in our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert and supporting team development
The successful candidate
The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player who can support their team in delivering an exceptional Pandora in-store experience.
Experience with a leading brand or consumer retailing is preferred. Suitable for senior supervisors or current assistant managers seeking a new challenge. We value candidates who embody our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
