We are looking for an experienced Mobile Smart Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality cosmetic repairs and providing a professional service directly at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out mobile SMART repairs including paintwork, minor body repairs, and cosmetic refinishing
* Preparing panels, sanding, masking, priming, and colour‑matching
* Delivering high‑quality paint finishes to manufacturer standards
* Managing your mobile van, equipment, and stock levels
* Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in SMART repair or bodyshop paint
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Confident with modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
