Job Role
Designer responsible for creating multimedia design across all media: print, online (digital and social), OOH, video and collateral campaigns for well‑known global brands. Must have a good eye for design, a print or digital background, be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, and possess strong communication and organization skills.
Responsibilities
* Interrogate briefs for completeness and consult with project manager on intended usage to ensure deliverables and deadlines are clear.
* Manage multiple jobs and projects across all disciplines, at different stages and with different requirements.
* Demonstrate and champion a clear understanding of clients’ brand, delivering consistently high‑quality work.
* Expand on a variety of creative asset formats, such as print (retail), digital, social, moving image, and follow through to producing artwork that adheres to guidelines and specs for various media.
* Create designs for bespoke spaces such as DOOH and OOH.
* Create and deliver online retail assets for 3rd Party Retailers.
* Present concepts as in‑situ mock‑ups to client’s Centre of Excellence for approval.
* Show excellent understanding of design theory and typography.
* Show client‑facing skills and presentation abilities, presenting ideas clearly and concisely.
* Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations, and proactively chase and interrogate delays.
* Effectively reprioritize workload if new requests arise, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
* Collaborate with project manager, client, and wider WPP Production team.
* Manage work using relevant WPP Production technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring best practice is applied at all times.
* Liaise with all stakeholders, keep them updated on project status, and attend and contribute to meetings about account relationships, team collaboration, workflow, workload management, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
* Experience working in design teams within the industry.
* Proven experience in multimedia design.
* Strong design and typography skills.
* Advanced Mac and program skills, including key Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro/AFX).
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
* A 'can do' attitude and calmness under pressure.
