Role Overview • Develop new business across facilities management, managing agents, and property owners for electrical services including fixed wire testing, lighting, fire alarms, access control, EV charging, and energy-saving projects. • Build trusted client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, fully understanding their portfolio needs to identify new opportunities. • Leverage existing service relationships in related facilities sectors to cross-sell electrical solutions. • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, prepare proposals, respond to tenders, negotiate contracts, and deliver profitable growth. • Represent the business at client meetings, trade events, and networking forums. Ideal Candidate • Proven track record in B2B business development or sales within facilities management, property services, or electrical/ME sectors. • Successful experience managing facilities management or managing agent accounts. • Strong commercial acumen around pricing, margin, and tendering. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a client-facing, field-based role. • Qualifications in electrical, engineering, or business are beneficial but not essential.
