Provide professional reception and administration support to the office and project teams
Manage meeting rooms, prepare conference facilities and support client visits
Carry out general and audio typing tasks, including minute taking and correspondence
Prepare client invoices and coordinate sub-consultant paperwork and purchase orders in the MIS
Set up new projects, maintain filing/archiving and update the CRM with client and fee information
Coordinate diary management, organise meetings and follow up actions as required
Support document circulation, reporting and administrative processes across the practice
Administrator - Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role within a professional services environment
GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge (including formulas)
Intermediate audio-typing and electronic dictation experience desirable
Highly organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer service mindset
