An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Regulatory Reporting Change professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial institution undergoing significant transformation. You will be supporting a smaller team of 4 heads, leading on process change and improvement.
Description
* Lead and deliver change projects related to regulatory reporting, including COREP, FINREP, PRA, and other UK and international regulatory frameworks.
* Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to assess current reporting processes and implement enhancements.
* Manage stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, regulators, and external partners.
* Oversee the design and implementation of data and reporting solutions to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
* Ensure robust governance and documentation of change initiatives, including impact assessments, business cases, and project plans.
* Support audit and assurance activities related to regulatory reporting change.
Profile
* Proven experience in regulatory reporting change within banking or financial services, ideally at VP or senior manager level.
* Strong understanding of UK and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., PRA, EBA, Basel III).
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results in a complex environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with data architecture, reporting systems, and change governance frameworks.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
