You will inspire and support our guests & agents from the initial enquiry stage through the itinerary planning process, providing a warm and professional service whilst maximising revenue flow to support our conservation initiatives. You will work closely with our Regional, Conservation and Guiding teams to craft seamless and bespoke experiences for our guests, using third party providers, aligned with WildLand’s brand ethos, when necessary. You will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused with the ability to self-motivate. Key Responsibilities: Be a role model of WildLand Team work. Deliver a consistent high performance in the Guest Relations Team overseeing exclusive hire bookings from enquiry to onsite arrival. Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, lifestyle, and expectations, translating those insights into bespoke travel experiences across the WildLand portfolio. Provide ongoing communication with clients pre, during, and post-travel to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or adjustments in real time. Create customised, high-end travel itineraries that are unique to each client, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned for a seamless WildLand experience. Maximise revenue flows in line with our strategy, encouraging clients to adopt travel itineraries which include more than one WildLand property & experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and 3rd party providers, aligned with our brand ethos. Work alongside our Wild Guide team to create of our seasonal activities programs and keep informed on local culture, activities and trends, offering expert recommendations to clients seeking unique and personalised travel options. Oversee logistical aspects of the travel experience, including accommodation, transportation and any special requests. Address and resolve any issues or unexpected challenges that may arise during client stays, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to tailor our offering and ensure brand consistency Maintain systems and accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and feedback to help refine future travel offerings and enhance the client experience. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and teamwork skills: Clear, concise, and professional communication in both written and verbal forms both internally and client facing. Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide impeccable service, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and anticipate client needs. Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-end itineraries simultaneously, ensuring all aspects of the trip are flawlessly coordinated. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think creatively and handle challenges that may arise during travel planning or the client’s journey.
