Exclusive Therapies Ltd are looking for honest, reliable, motivated, and caring individuals to join our team of 20 employees. We are a growing company who are working towards an 'Outstanding' rating from the CQC, our regulating body. Exclusive Therapies Ltd support vulnerable adults in their own homes with either long-term or temporary conditions, which include dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and acute or chronic conditions.
Exclusive Therapies Ltd provide assistance with all aspects of personal care and daily living, medication management, social activities and domestic support. Shift patterns include mornings, evenings, and longer assisted living support.
Assisted living is either 9 or 12 hour day shifts and waking night shifts, 2000hrs to 0800hrs. This is on a 1-1 basis. These shifts may be suitable for non-drivers in the Whitby area. Successful candidates would be offered a set pattern of shifts over a rolling two-week period. We always endeavour to work with staff to support their work life balance and commitments.
Exclusive Therapies Ltd are an approved training centre, so all training will be given to people with previous experience or new to caring. If you have not worked in care before and would like to work in this sector this would be an ideal opportunity to work with us delivering the highest of standards in care.
£12.50 per hour and £13.00 waking nights.
