What the job involves Your primary role is to assist the management team in service delivery while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. You will provide a person-centered response to individuals supported, ensuring their monitoring and record-keeping, as well as administering medication. Additionally, youll support management in joint working arrangements and supervise external staff. Communication, training, and engagement are key areas where youll liaise with stakeholders and provide necessary information to management. You will handle financial transactions, develop support plans, manage risks, and ensure health and safety compliance. Skills Health and Social Care Qualification at level 2 or equivalent required Knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements Effective communication and report writing skills Awareness of health and safety, including risk assessment Understanding of person-centered care and quality standards Ability to manage cash and card transactions in line with regulations IT literacy and ability to work with video display units Experience in social care and working with diverse needs Travel flexibility and ability to work from various locations
