Early Years Teaching Assistant
An 'Outstanding' mainstream Primary school in the Borough of Hackney are on the hunt for Early Years Teaching Assistants for September 2025 starts. This is a long-term and full time contract, term time only position, Monday to Friday, school hours.
What will you be doing as an Early Years Teaching Assistant?
* Working across Nursery & Reception (2-4-year-old)
* Carrying out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing Sessions
* Supporting mild Special Educational Needs
* Following the EYFS curriculum to the highest standards
They are looking for any of the following within the appointed Early Years Teaching Assistant:
* Level 3 Trained (or higher) - CACHE or Health and Social Care
* Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Experience is required - MUST be an EYFS Specialist
* Bubbly and energetic personality
* Must be able to work in a large team
