£30,000 - £34,000 per annum
Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm
Our client is a commercial insurance broker based in Cholmondeley, serving clients nationwide. They specialize in farm and equine insurance, with a majority of their portfolio currently in commercial insurance. They utilize Acturis and Broker Central platforms. They are seeking a versatile team player to service existing clients and expand their client base. Their growth has been mainly organic, and they now have a strong presence in their business community and online, resulting in increased new business activity.
Core responsibilities of the Account Handler include:
* Act as the primary contact, answering phone calls.
* Serve as a point of reference for all insurance-related queries.
* Provide quotations and renewals using Acturis as needed.
* Keep Task Manager updated for all relevant parties on Acturis.
* Handle all requests promptly, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Gather relevant information and documentation from clients regarding policies, coverage levels, and exclusions related to renewal queries.
* Produce and process documentation for renewal policies, ensuring correct fees are applied in Acturis.
* Maintain and update all files with documents, emails, and telephone exchanges.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing client interests and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
* Attend meetings internally or externally as required.
* Provide administrative support to all Account Executives.
