Technical Project Manager for a major offshore wind project based in Denmark
Requirements:
The position requires great stakeholder management skills, structured and practical approach to projects and timelines, and coordination skills between people in different geo locations. Will be a great advantage to have experience working with OT / SCADA project management involving offshore locations. Together with the Business Lead you will drive and help the project team produce the actual TRPs and testing them
Assist workstream leads in developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring dependencies between different workstreams are identified and tracked.
Track key deliverables against the baseline schedule and proactively flag potential slippage to the Programme Manager
Review workstream updates to ensure they meet the programme's standards for detail and accuracy before they are rolled up into the main plan.
Coordinate the collection of weekly or monthly status reports from workstreams, synthesizing technical updates into clear, executive-level summaries.
Maintain programme dashboards (e.g., in Power BI, Jira, or Excel) to provide real-time visibility into project health, budget burn, and resource allocation.
Facilitate progress review meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, and rigorously chasing outstanding action items.
Maintain the programme's Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log, ensuring that workstream leads regularly review and mitigate their specific risks.
Support the formal change request process by documenting the impact of scope changes on timelines and resources
