As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, were looking for a HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our global HR team. This is a highly autonomous role expected to deliver complex people analytics, data quality ownership and HRIS expertise.
Who Were Looking For:
Experience in a similar role, with knowledge and understanding of global HR platforms
Ability to analyse data sets taking account of different data structures and database designs
Thorough attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data from various systems
Highly competent user of Excel
