Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care)
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving domiciliary care service in Cirencester. This is a great opportunity for a pro-active and forward thinking Manager who wants to be part of a constantly evolving company that is excelling in what they do. Over the last 5 years, they've established themselves as a quality-focused provider, delivering traditional homecare, overnight calls, and live-in care to support vulnerable adults across the Cotswolds who want to remain living at home.
On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, with scope for salary progression and career development.
As a Registered Manager you'll:
1. Work closely with the owner to manage and develop their homecare/live-in care and supported living services, ensuring that they continue to build their excellent reputation for delivering high-quality services that truly make a difference in people's lives.
2. Lead and support the staff team, ensuring regular supervision, appraisal, and training needs are met.
3. Work with the owner to explore new revenue streams and develop a supported living offering (contracts already in place, ready to grow).
4. Ensure a steady stream of new care staff are recruited and trained.
5. Ensure that care is delivered in line with CQC and regulatory requirements.

1. You're an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with a background in leading domiciliary care/homecare, complex care at home, or supported living services in the community.
2. You have strong skills in growing and building a business while maintaining quality and consistency for existing clients.
3. You have good knowledge of CQC standards.
4. You're a driver with your own vehicle.
