This organisation is on the lookout for a confident, capable, and proactive HR Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is a brand-new role, reporting directly to the Head of People, and offers a unique opportunity to help build the HR function from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing: Managing day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle Supporting managers with employee relations queries and best practice advice Overseeing recruitment from job posting to onboarding Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data Coordinating engagement and wellbeing initiatives Liaising with both senior leaders and operational teams Supporting the Head of People with projects, reporting, and HR improvements Assisting with onboarding/offboarding and general HR admin Getting involved in policy development and HR system updates What We're Looking For: Experience in a fast-paced HR role (Coordinator or Junior Advisor level) Confident working independently and taking initiative Strong communication skills - comfortable engaging with all levels, from engineers to SLT Organised and detail-oriented Good understanding of HR policies, employment law, and recruitment processes Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred - or strong hands-on HR experience Positive, proactive, and keen to grow within a developing HR team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in HR who's ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with a business that's investing in its people strategy.
