E-commerce Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm, Friday: 9am – 4pm
About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised E-commerce Assistant with customer service experience, to join our Retail E-commerce team at PPG Architectural Coatings on a 9-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced digital environment, supporting key operational tasks across our online retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality customer service by managing queries from online platforms.
2. Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage customer returns.
3. Raise credits and collections in SAP as required.
4. Support daily performance communications across accounts.
5. Take accurate and timely meeting minutes.
