You'll carry out routine checks, respond to repairs, and support emergency systems. * Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
* Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problems
* Testing and maintaining critical systems like generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting
* Keeping detailed records of work carried out
* Assisting with minor repairs, including joinery, plumbing, or basic electrical tasks
* Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Following safety procedures to protect yourself and others
* Being on-call for emergency responses roughly once every four weeks
