Compensation Manager - EU Pay Transparency/Gender Pay Gap
We are currently recruiting for a Compensation Manager with EU Gender Pay Gap reporting experience to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note this role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid working with travel to London.
Key Experience Required:
* Experience in gender pay gap reporting (EU and UK)
* Experience managing Global HR/Compensation projects
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative
* PowerBI or advanced reporting
* Degree in HR, business, or related field
