Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The position is full‑time, office and field work, with a 4‑day work week and no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
* Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
* Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
* Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while operating safely.
* Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications
Must meet all DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs. Prior to employment, candidates must:
* Have an active driver’s license.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* Obtain a DOT medical certification.
* Provide documentation of prior employment.
