Inside Sales Executive

The Role: The Inside Sales Executives position will be covering a nationally located client base within the construction sector. This is a hybrid role which offers working in the office which is in Brandon, Norfolk, for at least one day per week and have the opportunity for flexible working after training period. The Inside Sales Executive will be selling a concrete reinforcement solution used in any construction projects that require it throughout the UK. Your main client base will be Main & Sub-Contractors using concrete within their building projects and 90% of your leads will be from in-bound sources (around 250-300 come in to the business per week!) The Inside Sales Manager will join a team who are all working to shared goals and targets and support each other. This is a fast-paced sales role with an ever evolving market and the opportunity for the construction sector to take off in 2026 means a potentially very lucrative year.

They are a strong player in the market and as such have a loyal client base which the Inside Sales Manager can take full advantage of.

For this Internal Sales Executiveposition, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

·Have a background in B2B internal sales

·Have an excellent phone manner and written English (emails etc)

·Are flexible to travel to the office 3-4 days per week, 1-2 days WFH

·Have a consultative sales approach

·Are organised, dynamic, and have an eye for detail

Location: Brandon

Package: £40,000 - 45,000 basic salary DOE, Annual discretionary company bonus £5k-10k, pension, laptop, phone, 21 days holiday (negotiable DOE) + stats (rises over time)
