is looking for a Sales Counter Manager in our Hull Branch. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving results? This role involves taking ownership of face-to-face customer interactions, organizing engaging Trade & Promotional Days, and ensuring our Merchandising is tidy, stocked, and well-promoted.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service at the Sales Counter, building and maintaining successful relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to foster long-term loyalty
* Applying margin management principles to generate profitable sales
* Achieving relevant KPIs, targets, and objectives
* Managing stock displays to showcase a wide range of products and value-added services
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented environment to positively influence sales performance
* Utilizing company and market information effectively to maximize sales
* Promoting participation in local promotions and incentives
* Supporting the customer experience using IT systems such as M3, Vecta, and Microsoft Office
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service
* Strong customer service orientation and understanding of customer needs
* Proven sales experience with a track record of revenue growth
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Analytical problem-solving abilities
* In-depth product knowledge and ability to advise customers
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams to improve service and operations
